To garnish...

To garnish... due to the long life in refrigerated conditions Olives can be garnished and stored in big quantities. As a preliminary operation rinse the olives in order to remove the salty brine taste and dry them with kitchen paper. You can either crush them or vertically carve them with 3 cuts in order to retain the marinated blend. To crush them, first carve them and then flatten them by pressing between two absorbing paper sheets. Now you can garnish the olives as you like, adding the ingredients you may prefer. We recommend to use exclusively vegetable ingredients as garlic, onion, peppers, celery, mushrooms, fennel seeds, oregano, chili peppers and any other spice may come in mind… sometimes the best recipes originate randomly by unusual combinations. We highly discourage the use of animal ingredients as cheese or meat because they could stem bad smells in the garnishment after just a few days..however if you want to follow some suggestions from our recipes just look at the pictures below ↓

Four exclusively Italian Cultivars, Natural Leccino, Sweet Nocellara Castelvetrano, Spicy Nocellara Etnea and Spicy Leccino that will enable customers to enjoy the real taste of Italian excellence. Only the biggest and most daunting olives get selected directly by Ficacci, pleasing even the most demanding Gourmet palate.

Abruzzese Recipe 170g

  • Thanks to an attractive take away 170 gr. tub, customers can now carry home the entire selection of olives available by the food counter. The tub is pre-packed and heat-sealed in modified atmosphere, without brine and with a shelf life of 2 months (refrigerated storage). The strong point of this new product is the broad range: 18 types, each distinct from one another, revealing Ficacci skills and vast tradition in the Olive market. The second improvement is Quality: exclusively the biggest and most daunting olives get selected combining them as only Ficacci can, pleasing even the most demanding “Gourmet” palate.
